The Glitter Sweetheart Sister Ponies were released in the My Little Pony line in Year 8. The line included four ponies with tinsel in their manes and glittery symbols that covered their bodies.

Like the Sweetheart Sister Ponies released in Year 7, the Glitter Sweetheart Sister Ponies had sleek and slender bodies and also wore non-removable earrings in one ear. Since the earrings can't be removed and have a long plastic piece that hangs down, they're easily broken.
