What forms of payment can I use?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal. Payment is due at the time of purchase, we are not able to hold items for payment at a later date.

How do I shop for items online?
You can shop by browsing the categories and drop-down menus at the top of the page.  You can also Search for a specific item.

How do I make a purchase?
From the product page, click the "Add to Cart" button to add an item to your cart. You can either continue shopping or proceed to checkout to complete your purchase. Once you have added all of the items you wish to purchase to your cart, select "Proceed to Checkout." 

How do I create an account?
Click the Create an Account link at the top of the home page and enter your first name, last name, and email address. You'll also be prompted to create a password to use to log in. Once your account is created, you can log into your account to make the checkout process faster. You won't need to enter all of your information each time, and you can check on the status of orders you have placed.

Do I have to create an account in order to make a purchase?
No, you can make a purchase without creating an account. However, creating an account will remember your information and make it faster for you to check out the next time you make a purchase.

Do you charge sales tax?
Orders shipped to a Washington state address are subject to sales tax. Sales tax applies to the total amount of the purchase, including shipping.

My order is a gift, can I have it sent directly to the recipient? 
Sure! At checkout, enter the name and address where you'd like it sent as the shipping address.  Include a note in the "Add a note to your order" box that this order is a gift and we won't include an invoice. 

Can I have my item gift boxed?
All jewelry items come gift boxed. If you'd like the box to be gift wrapped as well, please note this when placing your order. Gift wrapping is available at no additional charge.

I saw something I liked, but now it's gone! Can I still order it?
Most of our items are available only in limited quantities, so if you see something you like, buy it while you can! Feel free to contact us to see if the item you're interested in can be restocked or if we have more available.

I see something I like, but it's not the right size / style / color. Is it possible to have adjustments made?
Some minor adjustments (such as changing the length of a necklace or making confetti in a different color) may be possible depending on the particular item. Please feel free to contact us with your request.

Can I include a personalized message for the gift recipient? 
Yes, we can include a handwritten note with your order to give it a personal touch.  You can add your personalized message in the "Add a note to your order" box when checking out.   

How much does shipping cost? 
Shipping costs are based on the amount of your order. US shipping applies to any address in the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S Virgin Islands, and APO/FPO addresses. See our Shipping Rates and Information for specific prices and information about shipping.
