Peppermint Rose Doll with Outfit, Skirts and Shoes

This vintage Mattel doll is Peppermint Rose, she has blonde hair, blue eyes, and wears her original outfit. She wears a shirt with poufy white sleeves with roses, sheer pantaloons, and two skirts - one with pink stripes, the other one with pink roses. She also wears round pink earrings.
Peppermint Rose is missing her hat and shoes. There was originally a flower on the front of her skirt, but that's also missing. Her hair is very soft and silky.
The plastic on her legs has some slight discoloration, as shown in the last photo.
The back of her neck is marked "1986 TCFC."
