Sunlight is one of original ponies in the G1 My Little Pony line. She's aqua with purple eyes, rainbow hair and has a glittery silver sun and golden clouds for her symbol.
She is an Earth pony that appeared in Year 2 in the Rainbow Ponies line. Her original accessories included a dark pink comb and shooting star brush and a light pink hair ribbon.
Sunlight was released again in 2018 as a 35th Anniversary Pony in the Rainbow Collection. Although the original Sunlight was not a scented pony, the 35th Anniversary edition of Sunlight was apple scented. Her accessories included a dark pink shooting star brush, a dark pink ribbon, and a puffy sticker in the classic design.
