Rosie Raccoon Charmkins Charm with Elastic Stocking Garter
This vintage Charmkins charm is Rosie Raccoon. She hangs from a pink and white elastic stocking garter for holding up socks. Rosie wears a purple dress with a white apron and is holding a pink rose
Rosie Raccoon has a few paint rubs on her face and dress but is in nice vintage condition and is still scented. She has a loop at the top of her head and also a hole on the bottom so she can sit on the pieces with pegs or the Charmkins Jewelry Carry Case.
She's marked "1983 Hasbro" on the bottom. The plastic hanger has some paint rubbed off the white parts.
The stocking garter has some stains on it, there's a black stain on the back as shown in the 2nd photo and a lighter stain on the front, near Rosie in the 4th photo. The elastic is still intact, which makes this a rare find for your collection.
