Marjolein Bastin Roses Picture Frame for 2 x 3 Photo Vintage 1999 Nature's Sketchbook

This vintage picture frame from Hallmark features artwork by Marjolein Bastin. The pattern has light pink and white roses. The frame is made of paper-coated cardboard and has a canvas bow on the front to hold it shut. Inside, there's a space for a 2 x 3 photo.
The front of the frame has a small vellum envelope with paper rose petals in it. The vellum and the glue that was used to attach it to the frame has yellowed with age. There's also a quote on the front that says, "Happiness is made of special times and special people" and has Marjolein Bastin's signature.
The inside of the frame has green rose leaves, a white butterfly or moth, and tiny ladybugs.
The frame is in good vintage condition.
The back of the frame is marked "1999, Marjolein Bastin" and has a sticker that says "Marjolein Bastin by Hallmark."
