This vintage flocked animal toy is is a small yellow dog with arms that grip and clip on to things. The dog has a cheerful face and is wearing brown-rimmed sunglasses and a yellow vest that says "I ❤ you." 

The dog is holding a bouquet of flowers, but the flowers can be removed and replaced with something else, or the dog can clip onto other things like a pen or pencil, etc. The dog's arms will open by squeezing its shoulders.

There's some dirt on the flocking, mostly on the bottom, but the toy is otherwise in good vintage condition.
