Faerie Candessa Vintage 2001 Hallmark Frostlight Faeries Collection Fiber-Optic Christmas Ornament

This Hallmark Keepsake Ornament from 2001 is Faerie Candessa from the Frostlight Faeries collection. The ornament features a beautiful faerie with light-up fiber-optic wings.
Faerie Candessa has blue eyes and light brown hair. She wears a blue dress with glitter accents and is holding a blue beaded snowflake.
There's a hole in the bottom of the ornament where it can slide over a standard miniature lightbulb. Her wings are made of fiber-optic material that "glows." The wings don't seem to glow much when the ornament is placed on a light, but the ends do sparkle a little and small dots appear.
The back of the box says:
When Faerie Candessa
and all her bright sisters
are dancing for joy
in the frost-sparkled air,
each one holds a snowflake
that's woven of moonlight
and brings it to earth
with the greatest of care!
The ornament has been displayed, but is in good condition and comes with its original box for safe storage between the seasons.
