This vintage ornament by Hallmark is called "Cozy Christmas" and was an exclusive ornament available only to members of Hallmark's Keepsake Ornament Collector's Club. It features a tiny fawn surrounded by boughs of pine and holly in a real bottle cap - so much detail packed into such a tiny ornament!
The back of the bottle cap is white and says "Santa's Club Soda, 1994 Hallmark Cards, Inc." There's a loop at the top of the bottle cap for hanging.
The back of the box reads "Among the boughs and holly rests a graceful, gentle fawn, delighting in the peaceful joy of a cozy, Christmas dawn." The appearance of the little deer is very similar to Hallmark's 1989 Gentle Fawn ornament.
The ornament has been displayed, but is in good condition.
