This vintage Care Bears PVC miniature figurine is "Cheer Bear Skipping Rope." Cheer Bear is pink with a rainbow on her tummy and is jumping rope with a rainbow. 

Cheer Bear has some paint rubs on her nose and tummy and there are some dark marks on the back of the figurine, as shown in the photos. Cheer Bear is otherwise in good vintage condition. She would be perfect for display or used as a cake topper.

The figurine has a hole in the bottom and the back is marked "AGC 1983."

Width: just over 1 1/2 inch (3.8 cm)
