Storytellin' Bear Sylvanian Families Star Performers Lip Syncing Toy
This vintage Sylvanian Families toy is the Star Performers Storytellin' Bear. He originally came with a cassette tape and would move his eyes and mouth to "lip sync" to music or sound. He no longer has his cassette tape and his lip sync feature no longer works. He does not move in response to sound.
The bear has grey flocking, just like the smaller Sylvanian Families toys, but is much larger in size. He wears a plaid shirt and overalls with a Sylvanian Families patch on the front. There's a compartment on his back that takes two AA batteries and there's also an On/Off switch.
The bear's arms and legs are poseable, but they don't move on their own.
The bear's flocking is in good condition except for a few scrapes on his forehead and one ear, as shown in the photos.
A tag on the side of the bear is marked "Tomy" and it also says "Tomy" on the bottom of his foot.
