Poochie Ink Stamp - Excellent
This vintage Poochie ink stamp features Poochie wearing a track suit and holding her arms out to the sides. The message on the stamp says "Excellent."
The Poochie figure is the handle of the stamp and snaps into a round plastic base that used to contain an ink pad. The ink pad sponge has long since disintegrated due to age and has been cleaned out. The stamp could be used with any other ink pad.
The back of the stamp is marked "M. I. 1983."
