This vintage Care Bears PVC miniature figurine is "Cheer Bear Creating a Cheerful Picture." Cheer Bear is pink with a rainbow on her tummy. She wears a blue beret and holds an artist's palette in one hand and a paintbrush in the other.
Cheer Bear has some paint rubbed off her nose and belly, but is otherwise in good condition.
The figurine has a hole in the bottom and the back is marked "AGC 1984."
