This vintage Barbie doll is Twist and Turn (TNT) Skipper. Skipper is Barbie's little sister and has blue eyes and brown hair, bendable knees, and a waist that turns.

Skipper's hair has large springy curls pulled into pigtails tied with pink bows. The bows are replacements and are not the ones she originally came with. She wears a pink dress with white lace trim on the collar and sleeves.

Her pigtails have some frizz and flattening and her left arm is a little loose and doesn't stay up when you try to pose her. Her rooted eyelashes are missing and she has a crack at her ankle, but she would look nice on display with some new clothes to hide her flaws.

On her bottom, she is marked "1967 Mattel Inc., Made in Taiwan."
