This vintage Avon Fluff Puff features a white plastic handle with a hot pink powder puff at one end. There's a gold cap at the end of the handle that unscrews so you can fill the handle with powder. There are two holes in the center of the puff and powder can be applied by tipping the Fluff Puff upside down and shaking it slightly. 

The Fluff Puff still has a little bit of powder inside. The handle is made of thin plastic, so the powder level is visible as a darker area in the first picture.

The gold cap has some scratches and shows a little wear, but this won't show if the powder puff is displayed upright.
