Merry Christmas Care Bears Card with Tenderheart Bear

This vintage Care Bears greeting card is blue with Tenderheart Bear sitting on a cloud opening a present. The card says "Merry Christmas" on the front and the greeting inside says "...here's wishing you one nice thing after another!" The card is unused.

Tenderheart Bear is wearing a green scarf and there's a sprig of holly on the cloud. The background has stars and swirling snow and the image of Tenderheart and the cloud is slightly embossed.

The inside of the card has the greeting printed in red and a small image of a present and star in the upper left corner.

The card is printed on glossy paper and the blue background is printed beyond the edge of the fold, so when the card is folded it causes some of the blue background to crack on the fold.

The back is marked "MCMLXXXIII Plus Mark," which is Roman numerals for the year 1983.

The card comes with a plain white envelope. The envelope is in good condition with the adhesive strip still intact.

This card is a festive piece of ephemera for your Care Bears collection and could also be framed or sent to a friend.
