Cloudkeeper
Cloudkeeper is the caretaker of Care-A-Lot, where the Care Bears live. He's a human friend with white hair and a white beard, and wears white overalls over a blue shirt. His play piece accessory is the Fluffy Cloud Broom.
According to a promotional brochure from 1984, "Cloudkeeper sweeps up in the land of Care-A-Lot and keeps a friendly eye out for his friends, the Care Bears."
On a poster with a saying for each Care Bear character, Cloudkeeper says:
"When I'm not sweeping up around Care-A-Lot, I'm keeping an eye on the Care Bears. And that's especially important when they're off helping someone nice like you!"
