Skipper & Skooter Doll Case Vintage 1960's Barbie Storage Carry Box for Dolls, Clothes, Accessories

This vintage Barbie doll storage and carrying case says "Skipper & Skooter " on the front. The case is made of pink vinyl and has a black handle on top for easy carrying. There's lots of room inside to store your Barbie dolls and their clothes, shoes, and accessories. The case opens from the side and fastens shut with a metal clasp.

Inside the case there are compartments on both ends to store dolls. There's also a large compartment in the center with a metal rod on top for hanging clothes. Inside the large compartment is a cardboard insert with two drawers, one for Skipper accessories and one for Skooter accessories.

The case shows some dirt and wear from use and play. The handle is in good condition and is intact but there's some torn vinyl near the clasp, as shown in the 4th photo. The edges of the case also show some wear and have cracked vinyl in spots.

The cardboard drawers inside have stickers on them and one end is torn, as shown in the 2nd and 3rd photos. There's an elastic strap on one of the side compartments to hold in the doll, but the strap on the left compartment is broken.

The front of the case is marked "SKIPPER and SCOOTER are the trademarks of Mattel, Inc. for its DOLLS. Used under license from Mattel, Inc. 1965." This part has Scooter spelled with a "C," but the main design on the front of the case shows it spelled with a "K" instead.
