This vintage Strawberryland Miniatures figurine is "Mint Tulip with a Shovel." It features Strawberry Shortcake's friend, Mint Tulip, who is a character from the International Friends line. Mint Tulip has one foot on a shovel and is digging a hole in the dirt so she can plant some flowers.
The figurine has a few scuffs and paint rubs, as shown in the photos, but it's otherwise in good condition.
The bottom of the figurine is marked "A.G.C. 83." and has a hole in it so it can be displayed in the Berry Patch Carry Case.
